Sweet and Tangy Grilled Chicken Microgreen Salad



1. Grill, bake or fry you favorite cut of chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once the chicken is cooked, cube or slice it and set aside.


2. Place 1 cup of your favorite microgreens in a large bowl.


3. Slice 1 cup of strawberries and add to the bowl.


4. Add 1/2 cup of pecans or cashews to the bowl.

5. Add your favorite cheese - or skip if you want.


6. In a separate bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Whisk to combine.


7. Pour the desired amount of dressing over your salad and toss to combine.


8. Serve and Enjoy!
