Quick but delicious
1. Grill or bake salmon until cooked to your liking. After it as cooled a little, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon with a handful of microgreens (such as broccoli, peas or radish) grated carrots, halved raspberries, and grated parmesan cheese.
3. Toss with a dressing made with your favorite balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
4. Enjoy!
