Microgreen with Grilled Steak and Veggie Skewers

This is loved by everyone in our house! we do eat it more like a salad - Think big old plate of microgreens with this grilled deliciousness sprinkled all over.



1. Thread slices of steak and vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions and mushrooms) onto skewers.


2. In a small bowl, whisk together a drizzle of hoisin sauce and a pinch of garlic and salt.


3. grill until the steak is cooked to your liking and the vegetables are tender.


4. place a handful microgreens, (broccoli, peas and radish are amazing) and top with a cooked skewer, or two!


5. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil, balsamic and pecans if you want a more complex flavor.


6. Enjoy!
