Bring texture, flavor and nutrients to your tacos with microgreens!
1. Grill or bake a chicken breast until cooked through. Cut it into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a small bowl, mix together a handful of microgreens (such as arugula, cilantro or radish) and some canned black beans.
3. Spread the mixture onto a soft taco shell, top with the grilled chicken,
4. add your favorite taco toppings: diced tomato, shredded cheese, corn, avocado, salsa, peppers, onions and/or sour cream.
5. Don't forget the hot sauce and Enjoy!
