Are you a fan of wraps? If you are, microgreens are an easy addition to take your wrap up a notch!
1. Spread a layer of microgreens (such as broccoli or basic salad) on a tortilla.
2. Top with slices of chicken or turkey, cheese, and your favorite vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and/or peppers).
3. Drizzle with your favorite balsamic/olive oil combo (lemon and Tuscan herb are a house favorite)
4. Roll up the tortilla and cut in half.
5. Enjoy!
